Rachel D. Fox

Rachel Fox has been empowering businesses and enabling individuals to achieve their dreams for over a decade. Her unparalleled expertise in technology and corporate strategy has made her a trusted partner to institutions who value her ability to dramatically improve their bottom line, while at the same time clarifying the organization’s objectives to achieve maximum potential. She is a firm believer that nothing is impossible, and is blessed with the opportunity to live out that belief with entrepreneurs, CEOs, and organizations of all shapes and sizes on a daily basis. Additionally, she has spent the last ten years addressing audiences both small and large with her own unique message of empowerment and overcoming life’s (seemingly) daunting obstacles.

By understanding what makes a business tick, Rachel sees how to reposition priorities in a way that allows teams to be more self-sufficient, and frees them up to contribute more to the organization’s shared success. After clients spend time with Rachel, whether they are individuals or large companies, they revel in their responsibilities with a clear understanding about how to leverage the new tools she has equipped them with. In a team environment, Rachel loves working with leadership to help nurture an innovative culture that is prepared to succeed in a disruptive world full of new and interesting challenges, and she brings much of her own experiences as a successful businessperson and academic to the forefront of every client interaction.

In addition to owning Catapult Consulting Solutions, Rachel also serves as an instructor at the Metro Community College of Omaha, where she facilitates courses and develops curriculum in HTML, CSS, JAVA, Agile, as well as professional development. She is also the president of Fox Flooring, a flooring and remodeling company which she co-operates with her husband Brent. In 2018 she founded You Go Girl, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the cycle of self-doubt and low self-esteem in young women and girls. YGG creates unforgettable experiences for its members by amplifying the five pillars of its primary philosophy: self-love, self-awareness, wellness, education, and leadership.

Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 2019, she was named the Greater Omaha Chamber Young Professionals Changemaker, and was a 2020 TOYO Recipient. She was also the third runner up for 2019’s Mrs. Nebraska pageant. She also received a Leadership Award from the Leadership Africa Summit in 2019.

When she’s not in the office, Rachel enjoys blogging, web design, spending time with her family, and exploring new ways to inspire others.

You Go Girl is a registered 501(c)(3) providing resources and programming for girls and women in the community.
